包覆Power/Symphonic Metal的芬蘭籍樂團Celesty，

跟隨Stratovarius、Nightwish、Sonata Arctica等，

已享譽國際舞台的隊伍之步伐，傳承北歐搖滾精神，

將視野延伸至全球搖滾市場，

精采呈現旋律交響金屬史詩般的懾人撼動力。






經過兩張DEMO作品和巡迴演出，累積堅強實力與死忠追隨者，

更贏得西班牙金屬名廠Arise Records青睞，簽下一紙唱片合約，

著手錄製的首張專輯『Reign Of Elements』，

入列許多金屬雜誌2002年度優作，以新人之姿，

Celesty受邀參與向經典前輩Helloween致敬的特典「The Keepers Of Jericho」中助陣。






再接再厲的『Legacy Of Hate』，

大膽結合黑暗、Epic、Progressive和Melodic Power Metal等更具侵略性的編曲，

正當Celesty事業登上高峰時，主唱Kimmo決定離團，

空缺由年僅19歲且極具天賦的Antti Railio入替，

順勢帶出的『Mortal Mind Creation』，

立刻引起廣大迴響並成為眾地下樂團經典範本。

感想

Celesty，

一支來自芬蘭的力金樂團，

有別於以往大家對於芬蘭樂團的印象，

用不同的樂風，創造屬於他們的世界!!






力量金屬大家都知道，

可以分為美力以及歐力，

兩種力金差異性說實在的，

還滿大的，

美力偏向於鞭金，

但是就速度上來說，

卻沒有鞭金該有的速度感，

讓人感覺到其實並不如歐力來的有power，

而歐力，則是偏向於傳統的重金屬，

以及速度金屬結合起來，

以至於歐力讓人的感覺不論是速度感或是力度，

都比美力來的高很多。

而Celesty這支樂團，

則是很標準的歐力樂團，

主唱的聲音以及唱法，

都屬於比較高亢的唱法，

但不是屬於尖銳的，

而吉他的部分，

則是在節奏的部分，

偏向於半史詩的走向，

但是卻不失速度，

而solo的部分，

Johnson個人聽起來，

不僅只有用吉他，

還有搭配上keyboard，

造就了感覺很有速度感的solo，

鼓的雙踏部分，

穩定且夠沉，

讓史詩感又增添了幾分。






就個人而言，

歐力與美力的比較，

歐力是屬於Johnson比較喜歡的力金類型，

舉凡像Hammerfall、Primal Fear、Heavenly等，

都是Johnson喜歡的歐力樂團，

喜歡力量金屬的人，

不妨可以從這些大團先開始著手，

或許會讓你更快進入力金的世界。
