Dark Tranquillity（寂靜黑暗樂團）是一支來自瑞典哥登堡的旋律死亡金屬樂團。

他們是斯堪的納維亞死亡金屬中成立最久的樂團之一，

同時與In Flames與 At the Gates 被視為旋律死亡金屬的先驅。

樂團在1989年成立，當初團名是 Septic Broiler，並且是演奏鞭笞金屬。

 自從成立之後，樂團成員就很少變動。

1990年，樂團錄製了一張 demo 名為《Enfeebled Earth》，

這時他們尚未改變團名以及演奏風格。

接著又錄製了兩張 Demo：《Trail of Life Decayed》(1991)和《A Moonclad Reflection》(1992)，

之後這兩張都於2004年重新發行。

1993年，原主唱 Anders Fridén 在發行了《Skydancer》後便離開了樂團，

而且加入了In Flames。

之後，原來擔任節奏吉他及合聲的 Mikael Stanne 成為新的主唱，

另外加入了新的節奏吉他手 Fredrik Johansson。

1995年，樂團發行了《The Gallery》，這張專輯被人們稱為哥德堡金屬的經典作品。

在發行《邪惡計謀》這張專輯之前，Fredrik Johansson 因為失去熱忱而離開樂團。

Martin Henriksson 從貝斯轉為 Johansson 原本擔任的節奏吉他，

新加入了貝斯手 Michael Nicklasson 和鍵盤手 Martin Brändström。

同時樂團也與 Century Media Records 簽下合約。

之後，樂團就維持這樣的陣容以及音樂風格直到2008年：

融合快速的吉他聲線與和諧的電子鍵盤，

還有在 Stanne 抽象咆哮的歌詞之下極度精準的節奏。

1995年到2002年，樂團的所有專輯都是由知名的旋律死亡金屬專輯製作人 Fredrik Nordström 製作。

2002年之後，專輯都由樂團自己製作。

直到2007年發行的《虛構死亡紀事》這張專輯，

是樂團與另一位知名的專輯製作人 Tue Madsen 共同製作。

樂團已經與The Haunted、Into Eternity和 Scar Symmetry，

參加北美的「Metal For The Masses」巡迴演唱。

2008年春天他們與Arch Enemy回到美國，

另外，他們也與 Omnium Gatherum 前往英國表演。

感想

Dark Tranquillity，

與COB、In Flames及At the Gates，

被稱為戈登堡旋死四天王，

其中除了At the Gates較不為有名外，

其餘三團在世界各地都擁有不少的歌迷。

提到旋律死金，

大家第一個都會想到COB，

感覺上COB嚴然成為了旋律死金的代表了，

但是其實大家卻都忽略了Dark Tranquillity，

Dark Tranquillity在旋死的貢獻，

並不會比COB來的少，

相較於COB那樣的大紅大紫，

Dark Tranquillity反而是默默的穩定打響他們自己的名聲，

他們也是樂團中，

少有的團員異動性不大的樂團，

通常一個超過20年的樂團，

團中成員離開或加入的狀況，

頻率會滿頻繁的，

但是Dark Tranquillity卻不然，

在這20多年的歲月裡，

只離開了三名團員，當然也加入了三名團員，

其中前任的VOCAL離團後，加入了In Flames，

也是因為這樣易動性不大的緣故，

導致他們的音樂，

樂手的搭配性都很高，

並不會有那種突兀的感覺。

但是讓人詬病的是，

個人的感覺，

Dark Tranquillity在樂曲的編排上，

確實比COB及In Flames來的遜色，

而且音樂強度上也不如他們來的有power，

不過有一點直得推崇的是，

他們會用那種迷幻的感覺，

製造出死亡的壓迫感，

這倒是其他兩團比較沒有的特色。

對於旋死有喜愛的人，

對於這團一定不會陌生，

但是是否對這團有所偏好，

那就是看個人了，

像Johnson個人喜好就是強度要強一點的旋死，

所以Dark Tranquillity有些歌曲對Johnson來說，

不夠strong，

不過Dark Tranquillity，

還是值得一聽的樂團。

感想

搖滾及重金屬，不是只有推崇黑暗，也有推崇光明的！

Fireflight，

一支推崇光明的樂團，

在絕大多數樂團談論這個世界有多黑暗時，

有少數的樂團推崇耶穌基督，

推崇這是個光明有希望的世界，

Fireflight就是其中之一。

大多數人對於搖滾或是重金屬，

認為就是性，黑暗，殺戮，撒旦，邪惡的代表，

但是出現了一部分的人，

他們本身就是推崇基督主義，

他們也想將這樣的想法帶到他們所喜愛的音樂裡面，

所以產生了所謂的white metal及Christian rock，

就是所謂的白金及福音搖滾。

白金及福音搖滾，

這樣的音樂裡面，

歌詞可說是正面到了不行，

充滿希望，

充滿歡樂，

他們藉由歌詞告訴世人，

世界多麼美好，

世界多麼光明，

告訴世人完搖滾或是重金屬的，

不是都是黑暗，

不是都是都是推崇撒旦的，

在這樣的樂團的MV裡，

常常會用散發出白光在主唱的身上，

來造就那種天神降臨的感覺，

不可否認的是，

很多人從這樣的音樂裡，

得到了慰藉，

也有不少人，

從這樣的音樂裡面，

得到了解脫。

Fireflight的女主唱，

聲音屬於有爆發力的類型，

但是卻不像In This Moment的女主唱一樣只會胡亂嘶吼，

雖說兩個團的樂風是不同的，

但是很明顯的聽Fireflight女主唱唱歌，

是比較舒服的，

雙吉他的搭配，

就搖滾團裡來說，

搭配的一般般，

並沒有太過突出的個人色彩，

女貝斯手在節奏強烈的歌曲中，

貝斯的彈奏攻力可見一般，

屬於中上的層級，

在這樣的樂團中，

倒是滿適合的。

Fireflight這樣的福音搖滾樂團，

或許在我們這些聽black metal, death metal聽很久的人來說，

他們的歌詞所說在我們看來根本就是放屁，

但是這樣的音樂，

越來越受注目，

也越來越多像Fireflight這樣有實力的樂團崛起，

習慣黑金死金的朋友們，

換個口味，

試試潔淨的Christian rock吧！

感想

Hypocrisy，

是Johnson個人還滿喜歡的一個死金團，

他們的音樂，

個人是比較喜歡後期轉型成為Melodic Death Metal之後的作品，

而且是在Johnson一開始接觸death metal的時候聽到他們的作品，

當時當下有一種很震撼的感覺。

瑞典，

死金與黑金的發源地之一，

90年代，

死金與黑金的樂團如雨後春筍般的冒出，

但是真正成名的卻不多，

Hypocrisy因為Peter的關係而聲名大噪，

Peter Tagtgren 是個很活躍的傢伙，

曾經在不同的樂團裡演奏不同的樂器，在Hypocrisy中則擔任過鍵盤、吉他、主唱，

從Grindcore、Death、Black metal 到電子工業他通通玩遍，

也常常在專輯中嘗試不同的樂風，

說他是Hypocrisy的靈魂，

這一點都不為過。

在他們的音樂裡，

可以感覺的出來很強烈的撒旦主義存在，

雖說原本黑金及死金就是逆向崇拜異教，

但是如此的強烈推崇撒旦，

倒是不多，

Hypocrisy很可惜的一點，

就是Masse的離團，

因為其實Peter對於自己的聲音並不滿意，

所以當時找來Masse擔任樂團的主唱，

但是後來Masse離團轉投入Dark Funeral，

不得已Peter只好回鍋擔任主唱，

但是其實Peter的聲音，

就死金而言，

算是不差的聲音了，

很多死金主唱的聲音，

雖然夠低沉，

但是並不渾厚，

Peter的聲音厚度夠，低沉度也不差。

Hypocrisy這個樂團的音樂，

對於喜愛死金的人來說，

可說是必聽的樂團之一，

去感受他們所帶來的死亡氣息吧！

Iron Maiden（鐵娘子，或譯為鐵處女）是一個出身於英國東倫敦的重金屬樂團，

由原Gypsy's Kiss（吉普賽之吻樂團）與Smiler（微笑者樂團）的貝斯手Steve Harris（史提夫·哈里斯）於1975年成立。

鐵娘子是重金屬樂界最成功與最具影響力的樂團之一，在全世界已經累積銷售八千萬張專輯。

2002年該團獲頒艾佛·諾維洛獎（Ivor Novello Awards）的國際成就獎。

該團成立以來在許多主要音樂活動中都曾擔任主場，例如Rock in Rio（里約搖滾音樂節）、

Eddie也曾出現在以該團成員為主角的第一人稱射擊遊戲《艾德獵人》（ED Hunter），

感想

Iron Maiden，

一個經典到不能在經典的重金屬樂團，

聽重金屬的人，

如果跟別人說你不知道Iron Maiden，

那麼恐怕別人會笑你是偽金屬咖。

與Black Sabbath同樣，

Iron Maiden在重金屬界的地位，

是不容忽視的，

許多後輩團體，

都受到Iron Maiden的深遠影響，

因為他們所詮釋的，

就是那種最基本的heavy metal，

也是所有metal分類的源頭，

在那遙遠的70年代，

Iron Maiden為這種樂風，

開啟了一條光明大道。

當時英國興起了一股英國重金屬新浪潮（New Wave of British Heavy Metal），

主力的樂團之一就是Iron Maiden，

也影響了美國的樂團音樂，

Metallica、Megadeth等知名大團造就了美國重金屬音樂的興起。

為什麼Iron Maiden會是經典團，

原因不只是在於它是重金屬音樂開始時的樂團之一，

而是在於他們對於重金屬界所帶來的深遠影響，

多少人因為他們的音樂，

而踏入了重金屬的領域，

多少人因為他們的音樂，

走進了重金屬的世界，

多少人因為他們的音樂，

拿起了樂器去開創屬於他們自己的音樂之路，

因為這樣，

他們才被稱作是經典，

因為這樣，

他們不論在多少年後，

在重金屬樂迷心中，

他們會永遠都是那個穎領在前頭，

帶著不同樂風的重金屬後輩們，

去開創更寬廣更遼闊的重金屬世界。

或許對於經典團，

你會覺得，

他們的歌好老派，

好沒有快感之類的，

但是當你在聽black metal, death metal, speed metal等這些你們所喜愛的樂風時，

可曾想過，

他們的根本，

就是heavy metal，

而讓這些根本延續下去的，

就是這些被世人稱為所謂經典的樂團。

試吃：溫莎堡經典巧克力蛋糕

或許是最近寫的文章有比較進步，

日前在部落町接受了邀約為樂天的店家寫試吃文，

且試吃的店家可以由我們自行選擇，

因為Johnson及Elroy對於巧克力蛋糕都有偏好，

故Johnson就在巧克力蛋糕的分類裡面搜尋，

經過百般挑選後，

選擇了溫莎堡的75%經典巧克力蛋糕作為本次試吃產品，

這也是我第一次寫試吃文。

溫莎堡75%瑞士蓮苦甜經典巧克力蛋糕，

使用世界知名品牌「瑞士蓮巧克力」，

並採用與巧克力最much的進口新鮮覆盆子果泥，

酸甜可口的誘人香氣，

襯托出巧克力最協調的獨特風味，

香甜中帶點微苦，苦中帶點微酸的水果香氣，

香濃紮實的口感。

試吃心得

75%，是最能帶出巧克力濃醇滋味的黃金比例！

就該店標榜他們的經典巧克力蛋糕，

所使用的是75%的瑞士蓮苦甜巧克力，

單就巧克力的濃度來說，

試吃結果，

可以確定該店巧克力蛋糕的巧克力濃度，

應該確實有達到其廣告所說之濃度，

但個人口感覺得外層巧克力與下層的蛋糕並不是相當搭配，

下層蛋糕吃起來的口感有幕斯的感覺，

也或許店家所製作的下層蛋糕比較綿密所導致的口感上錯覺，

每塊蛋糕上方所放的核桃巧克力口感屬於有嚼勁的口感，

倒是滿新奇的口感，

個人還滿喜歡的，

至於蛋糕的甜度，

就75%的巧克力來說是屬於偏甜的，

一般坊間所賣的巧克力，

通常濃度越高巧克力的口感會越偏向苦味，

與試吃前的刻板印象有些不太一樣，

但不可否認，

溫莎堡的經典巧克力蛋糕，

在巧克力濃醇的部分是非常成功的，

濃醇的巧克力造就濃郁綿密的口感，

這是我對溫莎堡75%經典巧克力蛋糕所下的註解。

此項商品，

個人建議較適合喜愛口感偏甜的人享用，

因為在此項商品中，

濃郁的巧克力甜味會讓喜愛甜巧克力的人，

感受到享受甜食時的幸福感覺，

但如果是喜歡偏苦味的口感，

則此項單品並不是那麼適合。
