樂團BIO


MYGRAIN的是由New Science樂隊前成員Tommy(主音)，Resistor(吉他)，Matthew(吉他)組成的，
New Science樂隊2004年夏天之前還一直活躍於芬蘭的地下。
這一票人自1999年就開始在一起而且合作地十分順利，
“為什麼不在此基礎上組成一支新樂隊呢？我們想嘗試著粗糙與細膩的旋律相結合”。




DJ Locomotive(鼓手)以及Eve(合成器)很快便加入了樂隊，​​myGRAIN的陣容最終形成，
貝司手Jonas在樂隊自費錄製和發行了兩張Demo之後，
在2005年4月成為樂隊的固定成員。





在Demo《The Red Frame》發行數週以後，
myGRAIN與當地唱片公司Spinefarm Records簽約，
隨後不久，首張專輯《Orbit Dance》順利完成，於06年4月正式發行，
這是一張深受北歐旋律死亡及美式激流元素影響而產生的11首現代金屬樂構成的專輯，
當首張專輯《Orbit Dance》發行後，myGRAIN在一些現場演出中備受好評，
使得他們開始集中精力盡可能多的在芬蘭各地進行巡演。

感想


芬蘭一直都是金屬大國，
不少名團也都是來自芬蘭
MyGrain這支樂團，
還來不及聲名大噪，
就在這個金屬的泥沼裡折翼了。




說到旋律死金，
大家一定會提起那耳熟能詳的四天王，
或是後起之秀Amon Amarth、Klmah等等的樂團，
旋律死金，不外乎就是那讓人激昂的旋律，
不停連點的鼓聲，
主唱低沉但又富有力量的死腔，
不間斷的變拍與變速，
還有那讓人甩到脖子都快斷掉的吉他solo。

MyGrain這支樂團，
在樂曲編排上，
屬於上乘，
節奏的掌控屬於非常順暢的一支樂團，
清腔以及死腔的交錯，
也讓人感覺很舒服，
雙吉他的編制，
在旋律以及solo的部分，
個人覺得他們的分工其實很不錯，
樂團中也加入了keyboard的編制，
讓樂曲中的變化更為豐富，
雖然不是雙大鼓，
但是鼓手的雙踏屬於非常穩定的那型，
並不會因為是單大鼓，
而造成在雙踏時，造成混濁不清的連音，
穩定的bass，
撐起了樂曲中低音的部分，
雖然並不突出，
但卻也讓整個樂團在低音的部分更加穩定。




但是很可惜的是，
MyGrain在2014年發行了最後一首單曲後，
在2015年的五月，宣告解散，
也結束了樂團短短10年的生命，
也讓旋死界，少了一團可聽之團。
